1.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES. 2.All Bidders must be registered prior to bidding. 3.All auction sales will be recorded. This audio record of the number of the bidder, the bid, and amount thereof shall be prima facie evidence of the circumstances of the sale, and all disagreements will be resolved with this record. 4.Catalog descriptions are NOT GUARANTEED.Bidders are responsible for knowing the condition and nature of the items they are bidding on. 5.Hansen Bros. Transfer & Storage reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. 6.Hansen Bros. Transfer & Storage reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed. 7.Personal papers and effects are not to be sold.Any such papers found should be returned to Hansen Bros. Transfer & Storage for recovery by the owner. 8. Hansen Bros. Transfer & Storage is not responsible for any loss or damages of auction items not removed by Purchaser from the auction site by close of business on day of sale. If the purchaser at his sole option elects to leave items on the site after close of business, he does so at his own risk and accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage. 9.Payment must be made in full prior to release of items. U.S. FUNDS ONLY. 10.Payment must be made in CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (Visa or MasterCard only) for full amount owed. 11.ALL CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO: Hansen Bros. Transfer & Storage 12.All items must be removed by the next business day.A storage fee of $5 per day will be charged on each vault (or item) not removed by the following day.If items are not removed by the following Friday, all items will be considered abandoned and buyer will be responsible for disposal costs. 13.Removal costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 14. Moving pads, rented by the original customer, found in the storage vaults are the property of Hansen Bros. and are to be left with or returned to Hansen Bros.
14.TAXES:On all purchases, sales tax will be collected from those who do not have a resale tax number. (PROOF REQUIRED).
